As a seasoned ABA professional with over a decade of experience in the field, his passion for helping children and dedication to creating healthy working environments for ABA clinicians have been the driving force behind his work. Martin is the Founder and President of Flatrock Advising, a consulting firm for ABA organizations where he has a wealth of experience in creating systems, processes, and policies that help organizations run smoothly and happily.
He is also the Director of Quality Assurance for Grateful Care ABA, where he uses his problem-solving skills to address organizational and clinical issues. Additionally, he is the Founder and Editor of Flatrock Weekly, a weekly email newsletter that provides practical advice for ABA clinicians. He is dedicated to helping ABA clinicians achieve fulfillment in their careers and believes that continuing education is a crucial aspect of professional growth. When he is not working, Martin enjoys playing golf and watching basketball, but his favorite activity is spending time with his wife and 2-year-old son.
